Mr. Jennings,

I had the pleasure of listening you speak in April of this year at the CISCO summit. Shortly after I purchased your book and read it the following week. Yes it was inspirational, informative and depressing. Depressing because I work for a private company that has the right people, the right client base but lacks in many of the areas you mentioned in San Fran and in your book when it comes to leadership. Now don’t get me wrong the owner of the company I work for was the best man in my wedding, he has always tire to take care of me through good and bad times. I just think he is capable of doing and being not better but great. A great leader will of course make this company great as well.

Here is the question, are there any classes that you would recommended webinars or onsite that I could suggest that he attend??

Kind regards,

clear Dear (Name Deleted),

I have checked with the members of my research team trying to find a webinar or online class that might be of assistance to you but we’ve come up short.\

The only good suggestion I can come up with is to have your boss read my last three books – maybe give them to him as a gift –Less Is More, Think BIG-Act Small and Hit The Ground Running. Then, have him watch the speech I did at Cisco – we can get you a copy – and then perhaps bring me into your offices for a half day leadership program at your offices in Connecticut.

I hope that helps and wish there was an easier answer.
