Thank you so much for the eye-opening and entertaining presentation at this week's ISA conference.

I stole shamelessly from your points to inspire and motivate the attendees into buying, or at least investigating, my services. LOL, but true.

On Monday & Tuesday I must have heard a dozen comments on your talk and can assure you that you opened some minds, as well as hearts. In my estimation you met your goal, as a teacher, and we (ISA attendees) are all better off for your efforts and good work.

I've decided to place a sign above my desk. My first instinct was "Stewardship" but, after further reflection, have decided "Deliver Customer Value" (I have no employees) has more meaning for me. Somehow that phrase encompasses all five of your points (Cause, Letting Go, Strategy, Ownership & Stewardship) and helps me "get over myself" and my small financial goals.
