One of my senior team members heard your presentation at an AICC meeting recently and he made a point of telling me yesterday that he was very proud to realize that much of what you articulate in your presentation is part of our leadership vision. We call it People, Purpose and Performance. I also have the opportunity to speak frequently on the subject of Achieving Principled Results on Purpose and it is good to see others with a very parallel message. I have also attached my speech to this e-mail which I am actually giving today at the University of Wisconsin. Let us do good!

During a recent trip, one of our team members shared with me a presentation that he had seen that he had seen at a recent industry meeting on ‘leadership’ and his statement to me was …… "At Barry-Wehmiller, we’re already doing most of what he talked about. It’s great to be a part of this kind of organization."
