Review by "TheStreet.com" Hit The Ground Running: A Manual for New Leaders (Portfolio Hardcover 2009) by Jason Jennings. Many companies are reshuffling executives as they try to kick-start their businesses. This is an excellent book for new leaders who are trying to gain respect and develop relationships with employees. The book uses companies such as Humana (HUM:NYSE), Staples (SPLS:NYSE) and Goodyear (GT:NYSE) as case studies.
